Thank you for wanting to help spread some Henry's Happiness by being part of our Community Fun Day at Bradwell Sports & Social Club, Moat House, Bradwell, MK13 9AR on Sunday 6th July 2025.

To register your interest for the event, please complete the form below.

All other supporting documents as detailed in the T&Cs must be emailed to events@thehenryallentrust.org.uk once your pitch has been confirmed by one of the events team.

Terms and Conditions

1) Stalls are allocated on a first come first served basis. The Henry Allen Trust will determine the location of your stall.

2) Payment is required in full when your pitch/stall has been allocated. You will receive an email on how to make payment.

3) Stalls can be setup from 9.30am. Vehicles entering the site must observe site speed limits of 5mph at all times with lights on. Compliance will be strictly enforced by stewards.

4) Tombola and raffle stalls are strictly prohibited.

5) No alcohol is permitted on any stalls either by selling or consuming.

6) If you wish to bring a generator please ensure this is securely fenced off within the confines of your allocated stall space and forms part of your risk assessment.

7) This is an outdoor event so all tents, gazebos etc. must be weighed down securely within the confines of your allocated space and forms part of your risk assessment.

8) Stalls are booked on a space only basis. Stall holders are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, display equipment etc. and must ensure they are fit for purpose and do not post a risk to the public.

9) All stalls must have their own public liability insurance and have it available upon request from the event organiser.

10) All stall holders must ensure ALL rubbish that is generated by your stall is collected up and taken away at the end of the event.

11) All stalls are non-refundable. The event organisers will market the event fully, however, the event organisers accept no liability and cannot be held responsible for the revenue generated for each stall holder.

12) If you are providing/selling any food on your stall, you should hold any requisite Health and Safety certificate. A copy of this must be submitted along with this application.

13) All catering stalls must provide an adequate size disposal bin and appropriate coloured bin bags and take all rubbish away with you at the end of the event.

14) All stall holders must enclose a copy of their risk assessment and PLI along with this application.
